Hey there!

I'm new to Tucsonrealestateforum.com but want to say hello to the other professionals out there helping REALTORS build web sites. I will give some free advice to agents looking for web site design or development. Check us out at Netaffordable.com to learn more about what we do, and how we might be able to help you (or your clients).
That a great offer although there are few real estate owner want to build a website that could help them market their sales.
Web design is not just what you think is pleasing to look at, think also what the viewer/visitor will be viewing, versues what they want for content.
A few quick ideas:

1. Content, make it easy to find pertinate items that the visitor need to make the visit worth while, and they will return.

2. Design, pleasing while straight forward. Easy to navigate. Also if you go high tech (flash), do not go overboard. And by all means look at what others have done. Then incorporate the best ideas and dispose of the bad.

3. Domain name. Think of an easy to find name, that is unique to your market. Then check for the availability of the name in a Who's it listing.
