In addition to be a mortgage loan officer, I buy houses and get quite a few inquiries through my website from people who need to sell their house.
As you can imagine, more often than not, the people who are interested in selling owe close to as much or more than their home is worth so I would like to find a local Realtor here in Tucson that I can refer them to.
Even if you don't have short sale experience, I am always looking for good, local Tucson area Realtors (especially listing agents) to work with and refer customers to.
