As I am sure many people have heard, First Magnus is no longer in business. 
I ALSO heard that Pinnacle Mortgage, which was affiliated with First Magnus to some extent and seems to have been a pretty popular local mortgage company ALSO went out of business.
It seems as if some DRASTIC changes in the mortgage industry are taking place right now right here in our own back yard. I just thought I would start a thread where people can discuss what they think about all the recent changes and developments.
Anyone have any inside information on any other local mortgage companies in Tucson or elsewhere in Arizona that are at risk of closing?
