hey. me and my boyfriend have been wanting to buy a home and need a mortgage. the problem is we both dont have the best credit. we both work hard though and make good money. I have been reading about that it is hard to get a sub prime loan now which i think we need. I think I have a credit score of about 570 and we have about $10000 for a down payment. How hard would it be to get a loan? The home we like is $165000.

Hi Sara,

I actually specialize in helping home buyers in situations like yours buy a home.

I would be interested to speak with you more about your current situation. I think I could at least offer a bit of insight and answer any questions you may have. I regularly work with home buyers to improve their credit score for both the short-term and long-term. If you are looking to purchase a home quickly, we can review your credit and potentially even do a "Rapid Re-Score" which can improve your credit score within DAYS. I have even seen some instances where we were able to raise a home buyers credit score 100+ points within 30 days.

I think you would be surprised at some of the mortgage options that might be available to you. Qualifying for a home loan is probably still (even in today's market) much easier than you would think.

We work with just about every mortgage lender in the United States so if anyone can find a home loan to suit your needs it is usually us.

Give me a call at (520)360-7360, email me, or visit our website. I look forward to speaking with you.

Lending moneys in the banks to get a mortgage wont help anything at all. You could not save from them. Its them would save from you.
As with all forms of credit you must be over 18 before you apply for a loan. Most people find at some time in their lives that they may want access to extra money that they can pay back later.

Taking a loan out can be the sensible answer to help with a big purchase by repaying set amounts each month. You need to consider carefully which form of loan/credit is the best for you.

Most loans require you to:

* be resident or ordinarily resident in the UK;
* have a good credit record;
* receive a regular income;
* some may ask for a deposit and also charge a set-up or administrative fee.
