Okay first off this is a edit- I just have to say... this is a odd war. People are just shooting at one another so I'll do the same, and what I mean is that all the people answering to this question is just putting thumbs down to make themselves look better its pathetic. I was watching this one because I was interested what would happen- boy am I. So I will play this game.
There isn't such thing- it all depends- learn about the f-stop, it controls the aperture and the smaller the f-stop the more depth of field and also more light. In other words larger f-stop = more range of focus and its the exact opposite if you want to focus one item or person witch can make really cool photos.
Use a shutter speed of around 125 - 800 unless you want some other setting, however depending on your hands 125 may or may not be fast or slow enough. You could get a burly photo, which is exactly what you don't want according to your question.
Keep the ISO at 400 or lower. The ISO is the sensitivity of the sensor in this case which will control how sensitive to light it is how ever when you raise the ISO you get more noise so only use this when you must such as night shots.
