Hi there, I am a realtor working with investors in both the Tucson and Phoenix areas. I am also an investor as well. I do not know of any group that get together on a regular basis but I think it would be a great idea and would like to be included if you decide to get a group together. There is an association called AZREI, Az Real Estate Investors and they have monthly meetings, you might want to check that out as well. It's much more formal and of course there are membership fees.
