Hey everyone,

If you own a home in Tucson (or Arizona or anywhere else in the country for that matter), now is a great time to refinance or consider purchasing that home you have had your eye on.

Mortgage interest rates are insanely low at the moment.

As of right now, 30 year fixed-rate mortgages are as low as 4.5%, and 15 year fixed and adjustable rate mortgages are as low as 4.00%!!!

To put this is context...

If you currently owe $250k on your home with a 6.5% interest rate, if you refinance now into a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage at 4.5% your principal and interest payments would go from approximately $1580/mo to $1266/mo.

That is a monthly savings of $314.00!

Refinancing is quick and easy and considering the overall state of the economy, this is a great way to keep some of your hard earned money in your pocket.

Give me a call today at 520-360-7360 or you can even refinance your mortgage online directly through my secure website at http://jcmillermortgage.com/tucson_refinance.html.

How difficult is it to borrow money against investment properties, such as lease properties? Any idea on LTV?
Rates change every day, so you'll have to keep an eye out. I got a 4.5% rate about a year ago, and only occasionally see them dipping that low now.

Great share mate, you have given me a valid information for me to continue investing in real estate. Even though we are in economic crisis, real estate business is still growing.
