My name is Scott and I am a homeowner friendly investor looking to do a short-sale. When I say, homeowner-friendly, I mean I will meet with the homeowner(s) to go over their options and explain the ramifications of each. Most homeowners make uninformed decisions regarding foreclosure! You do not need to pay a "counselor", an attorney, or a REALTOR to help you with something you can do for free. I have experience in loan modifications, forbearance, short-sale, and proving predatory lending exceptions and I will help you to negotiate directly with the lender.

I have successfully closed short-sales with deficiency judgement waivers and can get creative to help the owner acheive their goals. I have stopped foreclosures by successfully arguing the validity of the loan note due to underwriting inaccuracies (via an attorney), and kept homeowners in the property through lease-backs.

I will not charge you for my services even if you decide against a short-sale. I am not an agent or an attorney so, before you decide to list your home with a REALTOR, get the facts by meeting with me!

A short sale in real estate occurs when the outstanding obligations (loans) against a property are greater than what the property can be sold for. Short sales are a way for homeowners to avoid foreclosure on their homes and still be able to pay off their loan by settling with lender.
